summer trips (part four)

Our last summer trip was to the Hyatt Lost Pines resort. Highly anticipated by all throughout the year, this trip is probably the most relaxing for Russell and I. We get to go on a couple dates, and my parents spoil me with a massage. The days are spent alternating swimming, bike rides, and crafts. Most evenings Russ and I spend with the kids out on the lawn watching movies and eating smores or ice cream.

Em did not want to leave her Nana and Papa.

It was a fun summer with lots of memories made. Also... it was a long summer... where this mama was ready for the routine of fall with school and weekly activities my kids enjoy.
