tangled

we have been doing a lot of back and forth from our house to my parents town home these past weeks that our house has been for sale. the girls kind of go back and forth from being excited about going downtown to bursting out in random songs about our house and not leaving. 

a couple of days ago we had picked up a bunch of moving boxes and we made a big castle out of them. the girls were on top of it saying, "humadidy! humadidy!" they had been doing this for awhile when i asked them if they were saying humidity. they said no, it was from rapunzel with the men in the eating place. i realized it was from the movie tangled where she says to all of those men in the ugly duckling tavern, "where's your humanity? haven't any of you had a dream?" they said yes, that is what they were saying.

so, a while later, we were up playing in samuel's room and abby said, "i am not going to sell. this. house! where's the humadidy!"

if you've seen the movie you know how good it is, and then you know how funny it is that she said that.
