near our old house there is a college campus that is near a nature preserve area. we drive through it pretty much on a daily basis to see the deer. sam now excitedly says, "dee" and points out the window when we drive through. there is a nature trail that we walked through the other day. of course we all had to have our walking sticks.
look out for the chubby, cute, and cuddly bear...
emma made sure to point out she was scared in this picture that the buck deer we saw run off around the corner was going to "poke her with his horns".
