gruene is only about a thirty minute drive from canyon lake. every trip we go there one night for dinner at the gristmill, toys and candy for the kids at the general store, and a group photo. if you don't know us well, russ and i love to two step together. we are hoping to go back for our anniversary this year and do some dancing here.
i grew up coming to new braunfels with my family every year. we would ride the comal and the guadalupe rivers, go to schliterbaun, and go to eat at the gristmill in gruene. since i was the girls age. and now i am coming with my husband and children. God is so good.
